Instagram does not endorse, sponsor, or administer this promotion. They are not associated with it. The user, by accepting the rules of the contest, is aware of the disassociation of Instagram with these contests. All information that is provided will be provided to Cal Frasco, not Instagram.
Duration and scope
This contest is held for all of Spain + Andorra and will begin on March 12, 2023, the draw will be held on April 12 of that same year.
Requirements to participate
All natural persons over 18 years of age residing in Spain, who are followers of the cal Frasco page on Instagram and who are real users of social networks may participate in the promotion of each social network. Fraudulent Instagram profiles will not be able to participate.
Winner Selection
Among all the participants, the winner will be chosen at random. To do this, on Instagram from among all the contestants who meet these conditions, a list of participants will be drawn up in numerical order. Using a random number generator, the number of the winning participant will be determined.
The winners of the contest will be announced on April 12. The names of the winners will be announced on the Cal Frasco Instagram page.
The winner will have until April 19, 2023 to contact Cal Frasco, either by Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp/call the telephone number 613 034 028 or at the email address albert@calfrasco.com
In the event that the winner does not contact the company, a winner will be selected again at random. once we have contacted, we will agree with the winner or the winner the stay of the prize that can be enjoyed during the month of May.
Prize
The winner of the contest is entitled to a stay for 4 people and two nights valued at approximately €322 in Cal Frasco
The winner can redeem their prize for any date during the month of May, regardless of whether it is on a weekend or during the week, as long as the establishment is subject to availability, and meets the minimum stay for each season.
Reservation and Limitations
The winner of the contest is subject to the availability of Cal Frasco to arrange the dates to enjoy the prize.
Cal Frasco is exempt from any responsibility in the event of an error in the data provided by the winners themselves that prevented their identification.
Likewise, it is not responsible for possible losses, deterioration, theft or any other circumstance attributable to the post office that may affect the delivery of the prizes.
Cal Frasco reserves the right to take legal action against those who carry out any type of act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the contest.
Cal Frasco excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of operation of the services through which the promotion participates, to the fraud of the utility that the users could have attributed to them, and in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in accessing the different pages and sending participation responses through the Internet.
Cal Frasco reserves the right to make changes that result in the good end of the contests when there is just cause or reasons of force majeure that prevent it from being completed in the manner in which these bases are included.
Data Protection
The data provided by the participants will be treated confidentially, the sole purpose will be the management of these contests, full compliance with the Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data is guaranteed in the processing of personal data collected in the contest, in especially with regard to attention to the exercise of the rights of information, access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data of the contestants.
Acceptance of the bases
The mere participation in the contests implies the acceptance of these Bases, so the manifestation in the sense of non-acceptance of all or part of them will imply the exclusion of the participant and as a consequence of this, the organizing company will be released from the compliance with the obligation contracted with said participant.
