Terms and Conditions
1 – INFORMATION AND RESERVATIONS
The CLIENT can request information by phone, email and direct message on social networks. The information will be provided by the same channel. The availability, characteristics, offer price and any other matter required by the CLIENT will be informed.
Reservations will be made in writing and by email at the address: firstname.lastname@example.org. The CLIENT must indicate: day of entry, day of departure, price that has been offered and their complete identification data. From Cal Frasco we will send you a confirmation message that the accommodation is available during the dates you have requested. To finalize the reservation, Cal Frasco may ask you for a deposit to confirm the reservation. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email for confirmation.
2 – RECEPTION
As the owner of rural houses we are obliged to collect the identifying data of ALL people that they stay in Cal Frasco and make the pertinent communication to the Mossos d'Esquadra. The mandatory data that you must provide for ALL people staying at Cal Frasco are: Full name and Surname, ID card or passport and date of birth.
It is recommended that the CLIENT have the documentation on hand at the time of reception to expedite the delivery of keys and the enjoyment of the contracted accommodation.
3 – PAYMENT
The rental reservation of Cal Frasco will be confirmed when the CLIENT has made the agreed deposit (if this is requested). The amount of the deposit may be up to approximately 30% of the total amount to be paid for the rental. In any case, Cal Frasco will determine the exact amount that must be entered as a deposit and will communicate it to the CLIENT in the availability confirmation email. This deposit can be made by bank transfer, Bizum or Paypal.
Once confirmation of payment has been received from the CLIENT, the CLIENT will receive our reservation confirmation, in writing via e-mail. In the event that we have not received the advance deposit Within the established period of 24 hours from our sending the availability confirmation email, the reservation will be automatically canceled without the need for prior notice to the CLIENT and the rural house will once again be free for reservation by anyone.
The entire amount of the stay (without deducting the advance deposit for deposit) can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. If the CUSTOMER wishes to pay in cash, it will be paid the same day of arrival, at the time of handing over the keys and after having visited and approved the house. In the event that the CLIENT chooses payment by bank transfer must be made at least 5 days before the arrival date in order to make sure that we have received the payment before arriving at the gite).
4 – PRESERVATION OF HOME AND DEPOSIT
The CLIENT receives the house in optimal conditions of cleanliness and order, and is obliged to take care of it, the terrace with its furniture, shed and barbecues, correctly. If the CLIENT observes any damage or anomaly, he must notify it at the time of his observation at the time of handing over the keys.
THE CLIENT must abandon and return the rural house in acceptable conditions of cleanliness and with all the furniture and belongings in the same state that they were at the entrance to it. The previously delivered keys will have to be returned, in the case of loss of these, an amount of €80 will be charged for the change of lock. It is expressly requested to keep the furniture, books and belongings in their original places.
At the end of your stay, the OWNER will check the goods and belongings of the house, as well as its cleanliness and order, in the presence of the guests.
If the home suffers any damage by the CLIENT, said damage will be repaired or the amount of the repair will be paid by the CLIENT.
The cost of the repair will be left pending the payment of the damages, until achieving the evaluation of the same, being liquidated later.
5 – RULES OF USE AND COEXISTENCE
The CLIENT undertakes to act with the utmost civility, respecting the environment, calm, nature, cleanliness and order in the home.
The CLIENT and all the people housed in Cal Frasco are subject to respect for the coexistence regulations that govern the municipality of Isona i Conca Dellà
In addition, other rules of use and coexistence are established:
1º Respect, at all times, for calm and rest, as well as coexistence with other people who may be staying in the other rural house, as well as in the environment. For this reason, parties are not allowed.
2º The CLIENT must be diligent and careful in the consumption of electricity, heating, water, firewood, as well as the security of the building and homes. In this sense, the CLIENT must try to leave the entrance door and windows tightly closed, especially when leaving, just as they would in their own home.
3º It is forbidden to leave garbage in the house. The CLIENT undertakes to throw their garbage bags in one of the containers for their deposit that exist in the municipality. Specifically, there are waste and organic containers at the end of the descent that is to the left of the house (north face). You can also find cardboard, plastic, waste and organic containers next to the bus stop (main entrance of the town)
4º The CLIENT must respect the furniture and facilities of the house. We like that all our guests, like you, find maximum comfort and cleanliness.
5º For reasons of the location of the property (in the center of the municipality) The use of any type of pyrotechnic material is strictly prohibited (firecrackers, flares, etc.). Smoking is also prohibited inside the house (except for the terrace and balconies)
6º In the face of evidence of VANDALISM, NOISE, RIOT, FOUNDED COMPLAINTS BY NEIGHBORS or IMPRUDENT USE of the home and its belongings, the owners reserve the right to terminate the rental contract at any time, and the tenants must leave the property immediately.
7º The OWNER reserves the right not to accept or cancel stays that do not comply with the rules of coexistence, at any time and without the possibility of reimbursement.
8º The OWNER is not responsible for the personal objects deposited in the house by the CLIENTS, as well as for the objects that they may have forgotten.
7 – CHARACTERISTICS AND CAPACITY OF THE RURAL HOUSES
The building has three floors, 2 balconies and a terrace. The third floor, which gives access to the terrace, will only be accessible if an agreement is signed, since it does not have a railing or protection.
The surface of each floor is approximately 175 square meters, including the surface of common areas on each floor.
– Capacity: 8 seats + 1 cot.
– Electricity: 5,500 Kw.
– Area: approximately 175 square meters.
They can only be occupied with the number of people indicated in the reservation (both adults and children). In no case can this figure be exceeded. Due to current regulations, visits to outsiders are not allowed, not registered in Cal Frasco.
In the event that the number of occupants of the rented house is greater than the number indicated in the reservation and declared in the entry document and, consequently, of the registration forms that are delivered to the Mossos d'Esquadra , the OWNER reserves the right of admission and will notify the Mossos d'Esquadra, exempting himself from any incident that may occur in the house, derived from over-occupancy.
8 – OTHER SERVICES OF CAL FRASCO
Cal Frasco has a chimney, but it is currently out of service.
The use of the fireplace is strictly prohibited, since it is not conditioned for its use.
9 – ENTRY AND DEPARTURE TIMES
The entry of Cal Frasco will be from 3:00 p.m. on the first contracted day and departure until 12:00 p.m. on the last contracted day.
If the CUSTOMER wishes, the OWNER can prepare the entrance to the rented house from 12 noon (whenever possible) on the first contracted day and departure until 5:00 p.m. on the last contracted day. To obtain this extended hours, The CLIENT must notify it expressly, sufficiently in advance and in writing in the email when making the reservation or on the phone number provided. If it has not been previously communicated, the OWNER has no obligation to meet said request of the CLIENT.
10 – ADMISSION OF ANIMALS
Pets Allowed. Following criteria for cleaning and conservation of furniture and belongings, upon request by the CLIENT, in writing and in detail, of the animal in question. €50 is charged for 1 pet.
11 – BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
If the cancellation or change of dates of the reservation is made with 30 or more days before the date of entryIn all cases, the 100% will be refunded for the amount delivered, except for bank charges (if any) associated with managing the refund of the reservation.
It is at the owner's discretion to refund the amount of the reservation, for cases in which the CLIENT refers to causes of force majeure and the notice occurs with less than 30 days in advance as a general rule, and 10 days in advance only for reservations made by travel agencies for tourist products organized by them, which include excursions in addition to accommodation.
In the cases in which the amount of the reservation is not returned, it remains in deposit for one year and the CLIENT is offered the rent for a whole year from the date for which said reservation was made, making use of the deposit already delivered. If after one year, the CLIENT has not used the deposit, it will be permanently lost.
